We are looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join our team in a fast‑paced, busy office environment. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone confident, highly organised, and comfortable taking initiative to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office.

Responsibilities

  • Taking and tracking actions from meetings and ensuring timely follow‑up
  • Booking and coordinating meetings (in-person and virtual)
  • Supporting the smooth running of the office on a daily basis
  • Light diary management for members of the leadership team
  • Processing expenses for the leadership team
  • Maintaining and updating the training matrix
  • Coordinating the monthly project newsletter
  • Managing stationery orders and office supplies
  • Organising visitor PPE and supporting site visitors
  • Coordinating inductions for new starters

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in a busy office environment with multiple responsibilities
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Confident, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Outlook
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is highly desirable (but not essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a “can-do” attitude
