You don't need construction experience – just the right mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for making things run smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the organisation of project documents
  • Supporting the team with meetings, schedules, and communication
  • Helping things run smoothly behind the scenes – from reports to reminders
  • Communicate effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
  • Perform general administrative duties using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Meeting visitors at the front desk
  • Answering general queries by the switchboard
  • Issuing visitor passes
  • Receiving deliveries
