Can you help us to bring together our systems and effectively communicate at Margam? A civils and MEP project that will improve and enhance power distribution to the area. Using the latest in information management technology you will be part of a diverse team of professionals across planning, data, digital engineering, and project delivery.
Utilising your skills in information management software to ensure security, correct access, and the collation of information. Supporting Document Controllers with training that is setting the trend in best practice for the industry. We need you to support our projects and document controllers on reporting, system maintenance, digital filing and archiving to enable quick and reliable information, sometimes at short notice.
What will you need for the role?
- Do you have experience in Document / information management systems (Asite, Aconnex, Sharepoint) and setup?
- Do you understand QMS (Quality management systems)?
- Are you experienced with Digital handover process?
