About the role

Join us in delivering a high-quality Information Management service for one of the UK\’s most complex and high‑profile aviation infrastructure programmes at Heathrow Airport. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and accessibility of project information and documentation, supporting design coordination and stakeholder collaboration across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on internal document management processes, ensuring alignment with Heathrow’s information standards and best practice.
  • Coordinate and collate project reporting, including client updates, design progress, and system reporting.
  • Deliver training to staff on Asite, SharePoint, and project information systems, with support from the Regional Information Management team.
  • Manage quality procedures for all document control and administrative activities, ensuring compliance with project and client requirements.
  • Support digital handover production, or manage third‑party vendors where appointed.
  • Facilitate and maintain the digital toolset for work‑in‑progress design and construction information through SharePoint & Teams.
  • Lead and support a team delivering an exceptional Information Management service within a live airport environment.

  • Highly organised, able to translate project goals into team deliverables.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet critical project deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle, particularly within aviation or infrastructure settings.
  • Excellent technical skills and digital competency.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • In‑depth knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and practical application on live projects.
