Are you a coordinator who enjoys organizing, liaising, and would be keen to book all Bylor incoming logistic deliveries? This is to be done through excellent relationships with clients, suppliers, and site security. An exciting full-time opportunity to be on site Monday - Friday and witness an incredible project in front of your eyes!

Bouygues Travaux Publics (TP) and Laing O'Rourke, two of Europe's most dynamic engineering and construction specialists, are working together in a joint venture named BYLOR to deliver the main civil engineering works at Hinkley Point C (HPC) worth over £2.8 billion. Bylor is responsible for the Design & Build (D&B) including fit-out and handover of the HBX Operations Service Centre (OSC) within Hinkley Point C. The building is a mixed-use warehouse/office/laboratory/restaurant and office building connecting to both Unit 1 & 2 Turbine Halls via sky bridges.

Purpose of the role: As a DMS coordinator, you will support the Bylor team in ensuring items are received and delivered onto the relevant platforms and stores in a timely manner to the correct Nuclear quality standards.

Key responsibilities and specific accountabilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service, helping to maintain a working relationship with both clients and hauliers, ensuring positive feedback for the company name and the department.
  • Ensure that clients and hauliers are aware of any information changes that would affect the delivery.
  • Accurately input bookings onto the system, de-conflicting as you confirm the bookings with the client, with accurate driver route guidance and site rules.
  • Generate all internal reports as required.

Additional Information: All positions with Bylor are employed directly with either Laing O'Rourke or Bouygues Travaux Public and include competitive salaries, private medical insurance, company pension schemes, and annual holiday allowance. Some grades will also include a company car allowance. Unless stated otherwise, all positions are based at Hinkley Point C in Somerset, which boasts beautiful English countryside, an attractive coastline, interesting towns and villages, along with easy access to the M5 and proximity to the cities of Bristol and Exeter.
