Overview
Resourcer @ Laing O\’Rourke | Construction. This role does not provide visa sponsorship.
We\’re looking for a confident and approachable Admin Manager who thrives on building strong relationships and engaging with people at all levels, from new joiners to senior leadership. You will be the key point of contact for day-to-day administrative needs, drawing on your experience as a Personal Assistant to manage diaries, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth communication across the business. You will take ownership, use your initiative to improve processes, and proactively support the team. A key part of the role will be creating onboarding packs for new starters to set them up for success from day one. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, people-focused, and eager to make a real impact.
Key Deliverables & Accountabilities
- Provide efficient support in diary management for Project Leader and Commercial Leader.
- Provide efficient and effective administration manager support and coordinate day-to-day activities with teams and key stakeholders including ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Create and own the onboarding for new staff.
- Issue access passes for new people, training, inductions, etc.
- Communicate and liaise professionally with external key stakeholders as well as internal teams, building strong collaborative relationships and a wide network of support.
- Assist the commercial team with timesheets.
- Distribute internal project communications.
