We\’re looking for a 3rd Line Infrastructure Operations Specialist (M365 & Azure) to be a driving force in keeping our global systems running smoothly, securely, and efficiently. You\’ll be the go-to expert for Microsoft 365 and Azure, ensuring our teams around the world have the tools they need to collaborate, innovate, and deliver extraordinary results.

The Role
As an Infrastructure Operations Specialist, you\’ll provide third-line support across a range of IT infrastructure technologies, with a primary focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure. You\’ll manage daily operations, tackle complex incidents, lead infrastructure improvements, and collaborate with engineering, security, and project teams to ensure our systems are resilient, compliant, and always ready for business.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver and maintain core infrastructure services with operational excellence.

Manage and support M365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID).

Administer Azure resources (VMs, storage, VNets, load balancers, EntraID) and security controls.

Implement compliance and governance frameworks for M365 and Azure.

Apply patches, updates, and security best practices to ensure stability and compliance.

Monitor performance, capacity, and service health, taking proactive steps to optimise uptime.

Provide advanced troubleshooting, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing across the IT team.
What We\’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

Bachelor\’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

3–5 years\’ hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure administration.

Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD/EntraID, and identity/access management.

Experience in ITIL-based change and incident management processes.

Skills & Certifications:

M365 – MS-900 (Fundamentals) & MS-102 (Expert)

Azure – AZ-900 (Fundamentals) & AZ-104 (Administrator Associate)

Proficiency with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience with SolarWinds, Nutanix, Nasuni, Commvault, and Microsoft Server.
