Laine is always on the lookout for bold operators and culture‑creators ready to take the reins of a late‑night pub that does things differently.

As a Management Partner within our Curate & Late cohort, you won’t be running a cookie‑cutter venue — you’ll be shaping a one‑off cultural space driven by identity, intent, and hyper‑local energy. Think secret club nights, genre‑defining DJs, and back‑room moments people talk about long after last orders.

This is a partnership, not a job. You’ll co‑own the vision, steer the commercial performance, and programme nights that put your venue firmly on London’s night‑time map.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Running a multifaceted late‑night pub as if it were your own (because it kind of is)
  • Curating culturally relevant programming that gives people a reason to return
  • Building a confident, expressive team that thrives after dark
  • Driving sales through standout experiences, not copy‑paste promos
  • Championing inclusion, creativity, and community in everything you do
Who We’re Looking For
  • An experienced venue leader with a deep understanding of London’s night‑time economy
  • Someone who lives and breathes culture — music, scenes, subcultures, and moments
  • A natural host who knows how to make people feel part of something
  • Confident commercially, fearless creatively
  • Comfortable being the face, the energy, and the pulse of the venue
Why Join?
  • % of Sales (Upwards of ÂŁ45k/pa).
  • Big wins could bag you a bonus
  • A support network that backs your vision
  • Real autonomy to build something meaningful
  • Access to development, progression, and a like‑minded collective
