Laine is on the hunt for a fearless, creative Management Partner with a thirst for crafting unforgettable experiences to co-manage our iconic London venue, the Camden Eye. The Camden Eye is Camden’s premier alternative venue, evolving to remain the heart and soul of North London’s community. Located right opposite Camden Town Station, we bring an unapologetically welcoming, "no-guestlist-attitude" energy to the high street. We are a legendary late-night destination that embraces everyone, from creatives and alternative music fans to the LGBTQ+ community seeking a genuine safe space. Our multi-use venue features a high-energy ground floor and an intimate upstairs room. We host a diverse weekly lineup including comedy nights, daily happy hours and late-night weekend DJ parties until 3 AM. Paired with craft beers, cocktails, and great food, we have created the ultimate neighborhood hub. At The Camden Eye, there is no dress code, everyone belongs, and inclusive community is at the heart of everything we do.

You’ve got a solid head for business and a sharp eye for what makes a day and night unforgettable. You can read the room, lead the team, and run a multi-layered venue without breaking a sweat. You’ve got hustle in your bones, hospitality in your blood, and the kind of energy that brings people together. Whether you’re a seasoned GM with a proven track record or a rising star ready to take the reins, this is your chance to own the moment and leave your mark on one of Brighton’s iconic venues.

Type on paper will:

• Be a flawless operator with at least 3 years of experience leading a multifaceted venue.
