SpiegelGardens is calling for dedicated and dynamic Supervisors to keep the festival bars running smoothly! Over 31 electrifying nights, we'll host 90+ incredible artists across four unique spaces, including the spectacular WundaBarn and the lively Spotlightbandstand. If you thrive in a buzzing, high-energy atmosphere and love leading a team, this is the perfect opportunity to be part of Brighton's most exciting festival experience.
What You'll Do:
- Support the Bar Manager in running operations across multiple festival bars.
- Lead by example, ensuring top-notch customer service and efficient service flow.
- Assist in training new team members, fostering a positive and high-energy team culture.
- Oversee stock levels, cash handling, and ensure licensing compliance is met.
- Step in to resolve any service issues and ensure the bar is running at full tilt during peak times.
- Maintain a fun, fast-paced, and professional environment, keeping morale high.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in bar or hospitality supervision, ideally in a fast-paced or festival setting but not a deal breaker.
