We are a trusted Landlord/Developer in South Kensington, with properties in South Kensington, Putney, Sunningdale, and Frimley. We are seeking a Multi-Trader with a broad range of skills to help resolve issues in our property portfolio. This full-time role is ideal for a versatile professional excited to work in some of the most sought-after locations. Previous experience and references required.
You will be primarily working in South Kensington, where you will walk/make your own way from one job to the other, using a locked tool store in one of the buildings as a base, and using your vehicle (which you will be reimbursed for), drive to Sunningdale, and Frimley.
Salary: We are offering a competitive salary, with pension, paid annual leave, and discretionary annual bonus.
Requirements:
- In this role, you'll interact with tenants on a day-to-day basis, and take on a variety of property maintenance and refurbishment tasks such as:
- General Carpentry and Joinery
- General Plumbing & Electrical Repairs
- Problem solving / repairing faults
- Flooring and Glazing
- Gutter cleaning and roof maintenance
- Painting and Decorating
- Plastering
- Bathroom & Kitchen Installations
- Sash Window Repairs and Balancing
What you'll Bring:
- Core Skills: General knowledge of plumbing and electrical work for problem solving issues, routine maintenance as well as finding/fixing leaks, and replacing/installing new fittings.
- Professionalism: A neat, methodical approach and pride in your work.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Initiative to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues independently in tenanted properties.
- Communication: Clear, respectful communication and good knowledge of English.
- Driving licence and own car. Your own tools would also be a benefit, but if you don't have them, we can provide them.
- You will own your own car and will be reimbursed for usage of this.
- Experience in residential property maintenance.
- DBS check.
