South Hylton Primary Academy, part of Laidlaw Schools Trust, invites applications for a Welfare & Inclusion Manager to lead the academy's pastoral, wellbeing and inclusion provision within the Inclusion Pathway model and in collaboration with the SENDCo and Headteacher.
You will work strategically with senior leaders to remove barriers to learning, support attendance, behaviour, emotional wellbeing and safeguarding, and help develop a strong culture of inclusion across the academy.
