Academy 360 is seeking to appoint a Specialist Intervention and Progress Teacher of English, welcoming applications from teachers with experience in either a primary or secondary phase, to deliver targeted, high-impact support for pupils who need it most. This role is central to raising attainment and closing gaps in literacy.

Working closely with the English department and wider pastoral and SEND teams, you will plan and deliver focused small-group interventions, diagnose learning gaps, and build pupils' confidence, resilience and independence through high-quality, evidence-informed teaching.
