We are hiring to support outstanding opera productions and innovation through sector research, relationship management, and clear communications.
Responsibilities
- Database Management: Maintain and update LOT’s database of UK and Ireland opera companies and sector contacts.
- Content Creation & Social Media: Take ownership of the LOT social media presence. Develop engaging content and manage LOT’s social media accounts to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Website Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain the LOT website to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Administrative Support: Manage gift agreements, collect and organise grantee opera company reports, and handle associated paperwork efficiently. Liaise with grantee companies on publicising activities and LOT support through press releases, website and social media. Work closely with the LOT CEO to support activities and optimise performance. Support the CEO and events team on events related to opera administration, including supplier liaison, speakers, attendance and hosting.
