- Develop & execute a catering sales strategy to increase revenue.
- Identify & approach corporate clients, wedding planners, venues, mosques, and community centers for catering partnerships.
- Customize catering packages and negotiate bulk orders for large events.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to streamline catering operations.
- Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and contract negotiations.

- Fluent in English & Urdu/Punjabi (to communicate with diverse clients).
