We are looking for a friendly and professional part-time Receptionist to join our team at a prestigious office building on the outskirts of Watford. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering an exceptional visitor experience and thrives in a front-of-house environment. You will also bring strong administrative skills and ensure seamless communication and handover between you and your job share receptionist.
Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday and Tuesday and 8.30am – 1.00pm Wednesday
Salary: £14,742
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front of house reception services.
- Meet and greet all visitors to ensure a warm welcome – you will be the ‘face of the building’.
- Manage sign in protocols.
- Efficiently manage deliveries, including couriers and post.
- Ensure any building issues are reported and managed to resolution, including managing maintenance contractors visiting the building.
- General administration as required.
- Work collaboratively with the park management team assisting any initiatives/events organised for tenants in the building during the working day.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Personable and proactive with a confident manner and able to deliver impeccable customer service.
- Self-motivated.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent Microsoft Office / social media user and confident to learn new Apps/systems.
- Enjoy working independently as part of the reception job share.
- Previous experience in a front of house reception role or customer service, marketing, or sales environment.
