£30,420 per year. We have an exciting opportunity for a corporate receptionist to work in a fabulous office building located in a prime location, just two minutes from Temple Meads station.

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
- You will become the face of the building, ensuring everyone receives a warm and professional welcome.
- Take ownership of the reception and co-working area, always looking for ways to improve working processes and the service delivered to everyone visiting or working in the building.
- Efficiently sign in all visitors to the building following appropriate reception processes.
- Manage deliveries, including couriers and post.
- Develop a good understanding of the local area and produce a local amenities information file – becoming the ‘go to expert’ in terms of local knowledge.
Building and Services
- Develop strong working relationships with the local letting agents and support them by ensuring any vacant office space is kept pristine in preparation for viewings.
- Support the Building Manager by ensuring any building issues are reported, monitored and managed to resolution – keeping stakeholders informed.
- Manage meeting room bookings as required, ensuring they are immaculately maintained and ready for use.
- Produce a weekly site report for key stakeholders.
Initiatives & Community
- Develop and introduce seasonal events and pop ups, with the aim of creating a sense of community and aiding enjoyment in the workplace (as and when required).
- Introduce a monthly e-newsletter promoting initiatives and concierge services – helping to create a community vibe (as and when required).
- Identify local happenings and engage with the local community to promote new businesses, local charities and involvement with the building.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience of working in a similar customer service role or commercial property environment.
- Vibrant personality and a can-do attitude.
- Highly organised and self-motivated.
- Proficient at delivering a high-end ‘meet and greet’ service, working efficiently and professionally at all times.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident PC user with the ability to learn new systems.
- Experience using Canva or other graphic design tools.
