Front of House Receptionist – Part Time
The hours and salary:
- 8.30am – 5.00pm on Monday and Tuesday
- 8.30am – 12.45pm on Wednesdays

Key Responsibilities
- Reception responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting all visitors to the building to ensure a warm welcome – you will be the ‘face of the building’
- Managing deliveries, including couriers and post
- Support the offsite Property Management Company by ensuring any building issues are reported and managed to resolution. This will include managing maintenance contractors visiting the building
- Develop a good understanding of the local area and develop a local amenities information file
- General administration as required
- Support the sales and leasing agents, preparing for viewings by ensuring space is looking pristine and ensure a hospitable welcome to potential occupiers
- Produce a weekly update report for key stakeholders
- Develop a monthly newsletter for tenants
- Work collaboratively with the Life Style Manager to help promote events and pop ups that have been arranged for the business park. You will also have the opportunity to arrange social engagement initiatives in the building
- Researching pop ups / events and other agreed initiatives - aimed at creating a community vibe in the building to increase enjoyment for those working in the offices
- Developing relationships with local businesses to find supporting offers and freebies
- Developing an e-newsletter for tenants to communicate activities and drive participation
- Actively promote the building via social media applications (as and when required)
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Personable and proactive with a confident manner and able to deliver impeccable customer service
- Self-motivated and willing to take on additional marketing activities as part of the reception role
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- PC literate, with experience of using social media apps
- Enjoy working independently
- Proven experience in a front of house reception role or customer service, marketing, or sales environment
