We’re looking for a professional, personable, and proactive Corporate Receptionist to join our front‑of‑house team in a prestigious office building located just minutes from Maidenhead station. The role offers a warm, welcoming environment and a fantastic opportunity to be the face of a thriving corporate business.
Salary: £17,907 pa part time
Hours: Wednesday 8:00 am – 5:30 pm & Thursday and Friday 8:00 am – 5:30 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and take ownership of the reception area to ensure the ambiance reflects the clients’ and tenants’ expectations.
- Meet, greet and register all visitors to the building, providing exceptional customer service to all.
- Efficiently manage deliveries, including couriers and post.
- Stock‑check and re‑order front‑of‑house supplies.
- Perform general administration as required.
Building Management
- Quickly establish yourself as the face of the building and the go‑to person for questions/queries.
- Work closely with the off‑site Building Manager – confidently reporting building issues and helping manage resolution.
- Manage contractors visiting the building to undertake regular maintenance, issuing keys as required and updating the progress/maintenance log.
- Produce a weekly report for key stakeholders.
Tenant Experience and Community Engagement
- Support the lead receptionist in organising events for the tenants, to create a sense of community and aid enjoyment in the workplace (as and when required).
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience in a front‑of‑house reception role and ready for a new challenge.
- Facilities management experience is desirable.
- Personable and proactive with a confident manner able to deliver impeccable customer service.
- Self‑motivated, thrives in an environment where multitasking is required.
- Excellent problem‑resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening skills.
- Competent Microsoft Office/Apps/Canva user and willing to learn in‑house systems and processes.
