We are seeking a confident, personable, and proactive Front of House Receptionist to join our Mayfair office on a part-time job share basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a professional corporate environment and enjoys being the welcoming face of a prestigious building.

As the Front of House Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and contractors, ensuring the reception area reflects the high standards of the building. You will take ownership of reception operations and support day-to-day facilities management.

Hours and Salary

  • Hours – Thursday and Friday 8am – 6pm
  • Salary – £15,392

Key Responsibilities

  • Reception Management
    • Meet and greet all visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome
    • Manage couriers, post, deliveries, and inbound calls efficiently
    • Maintain the reception area to a polished, professional standard
    • Provide general administrative support and weekly reporting
  • Building & Facilities Support
    • Log and follow up on maintenance issues
    • Liaise with contractors and service providers
    • Support tenant requests and ensure vacant spaces are pristine
    • Assist the property/facilities management team in day-to-day operations
  • Tenant Engagement
    • Maintain local amenities knowledge and communicate effectively with tenants
    • Support community initiatives and seasonal events as required
    • Create newsletters and added-value services

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proven experience in a front of house reception role and are ready for a new challenge
  • Polished, approachable, and professional with excellent communication skills
  • Proactive, organised, and confident working independently
  • Experienced in corporate reception, property, or facilities management (preferred)
  • PC literate with a willingness to learn relevant software; social media competence a plus
  • Flexible, team-spirited, and hands-on with a “can-do” attitude
  • Confident using PCs, with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Familiarity with social media platforms
  • Experience using Canva or other graphic design tools
