Description
We are seeking a Smart Repair Supervisor to join us and drive production and performance within their team. Having a driven approach to production, performance, and progress with a strong focus on creating an environment where individuals feel motivated to excel.
Reporting into the refurbishment manager, the principal objective of this role is to ensure that vehicles are prepared and completed in accordance with the required reconditioning standards in both a time and cost-effective manner.
We are seeking a dynamic leader with a proven track record of leading teams within a refurbishment setting to success. Being passionate about driving innovation, fostering calibration, and enhancing safety within the organization.
Managing the workflow and productivity and efficiency of the interior and exterior smart repair teams, cost control, and consistent quality output are synonymous with this role whilst continuously driving for innovation. Liaising with the other workshop supervisors, you will be instrumental in working towards and achieving company targets and KPIs.
Possessing excellent communication skills, through both your teams and the wider organization while being able to thrive in the fast-paced world of vehicle refurbishment, you will be part of the dynamic team that drives continuous improvement to make a significant impact on the success of vehicle solutions and the wider organization.

- Full Driving licence and ability to drive manual vehicles in the UK
- Experience of leading teams in a high volume and fast-paced environment is desirable but not essential
- Smart repair experience
