Asset Risk Project Coordinator

The Asset Risk Project Coordinator role is part of the Asset Risk Function, responsible for forecasting Motability Operation\’s key financial risks, including Residual Value, SMR, Insurance Lease Pricing, and Economic Capital, as well as producing Scheme customer pricing. The Coordinator works with stakeholders to facilitate operational delivery and reporting of all Asset Risk BAU and strategic projects, ensuring proper governance activities are followed. Reporting to the Asset Risk Programme Transformation Lead, your key responsibilities include: Managing the day-to-day operations of the Asset Risk Programme framework, collaborating with the Transformation Lead to maintain robust principles and approach. Updating the Asset Risk roadmap to reflect expected outcomes, OKRs, business health metrics, product lines, and operational activities. Delivering reports on governance, risks, issues, and prioritisation for the Asset Risk Development SteerCo, identifying opportunities to mitigate risks and improve processes. Supporting stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle: initiation, planning, resourcing, execution, and closure. Managing risks and issues across projects, proposing solutions that may require reprioritisation with various teams. Communicating the roadmap and activities clearly to stakeholders. Providing programme and project management training to colleagues to foster engagement and adherence to processes. Aligning Asset Risk activities with other business units through effective collaboration. Building strong relationships across Asset Risk and wider business stakeholders. Developing a comprehensive understanding of ongoing projects to ensure business and Asset Risk needs are aligned. Qualifications include excellent organisational, communication, time management, problem-solving, attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability skills. Minimum criteria require several years of experience managing multiple projects in a commercial environment, stakeholder management, familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, and risk mitigation experience.
