Hours: 37.5 hours per week, worked across 5 days | Flexibility for work pattern over 7 days on a shift basis.
Job Purpose: The Supervisor is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high standard of customer service, and overseeing all the staff. You will assist with staff training, service quality, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience. You will also step in to manage operations in the absence of the General Manager or Deputy Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented to high-quality standards.
- Maintain kitchen inventory, order supplies, and manage stock levels to minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in training and mentoring staff to meet service standards.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and properly set up for service.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain Brand food quality, quick service and cleanliness standards.
- Maintain HACCP policies for all restaurant activities across shifts.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and placing orders when necessary.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance service quality.
- Support the management team with daily tasks, including scheduling and reporting.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and safety standards.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Accessing the airport: A five-year working and personal reference, along with a Criminal Reference Check, will be required for this role as the store is airside in the departures lounge.
