We are bringing Miniso to Heathrow — and we will be looking for passionate, customer‑focused individuals to join us on this journey!
Contract: 37.5hrs per week, worked across 5 days / 30hrs per week, worked across 4 days / 22.5hrs per week, worked across 3 days.
Shift Pattern: 5:30am - 2:00pm & 1:30pm - 10pm. Flexibility to work weekends is essential.

Job Purpose
Outstanding service is the heart of our business, and our aim is for customers who enter our stores to be greeted by a friendly team of Sales Advisors, who can offer expert help and advice. As a Sales Advisor you will be involved in all aspects of our busy store, delivering first‑class customer service on the sales floor and till point.
Key Responsibilities
- 100% Customer Focus
- Maintain positive and professional manners towards customers and colleagues

- Ensure all customers receive excellent customer service every time
- End‑to‑end customer service including till operations
- Stock Management
- Ensure the store is fully replenished
- Goods receiving duties
- Stocktaking and inventory compliance

- Competent in till operations including cashing up procedures in line with company policies and guidelines
- Maintain high standard of shop floor standards including good stock levels and professional rapport with customers
- Work with wider team and external stakeholders to drive sales through promotions, price changes, product knowledge etc.
- Health & Safety
- Ensure all health and safety policies and practices are adhered to such as prevention and prompt reporting of workplace injuries
- Ensure the safe usage of all the cleaning materials
- Ensure store and stock rooms are kept tidy in line with H&S
- Report any potential hazards on the shop floor or stock room to the manager/supervisors
- Security
- Ensure security of stock on shop floor and compliance of till inventory
- Responsible for the shop floor security when on shift
- Awareness of potential security risks out with store and part of the greater airport community
