Job Purpose
As a Sales Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers with product inquiries, and help drive sales in a retail environment. You will ensure that the store is well‑stocked, organised, and visually appealing. Additionally, you will handle transactions, manage customer issues, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and offer assistance with product selection.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Assist with stock management, including restocking shelves and organising displays.
- Handle customer transactions, including cash, credit, and returns.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to store goals.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, store promotions, and policies.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Accessing the Airport
