Overview
Replenishment Assistant role at Relay, a brand within Lagardère Travel Retail, supports daily store operations in Terminal2, London Heathrow Airport.
Responsibilities
- Provide 100% customer focus: greet customers, help with product selection, offer additional sales and ensure excellent service at all times.
- Stock management: ensure store is fully replenished, receive goods, conduct stocktaking and maintain inventory compliance.
- Merchandising & pricing: support product placement, price tagging and visual merchandising.
- Housekeeping / Health & Safety: keep store and stock rooms tidy, use cleaning materials safely, report hazards to management.
- Security: safeguard stock on the shop floor, monitor till inventory, be aware of potential security risks on site.
- Execute till operations and end‑to‑end customer service on the sales floor and at the till point.
