We are looking for a driven, personable, and commercially minded Sales Consultant to join our team on a commission-only basis. This is not a call-centre script role; it is a relationship-led, field-based position for someone who takes pride in genuinely understanding a client's needs and becoming a trusted part of their story.

You will be responsible for generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships across two distinct but complementary markets: face-to-face training in Health and Social Care, and the placement of specialist trainers and innovative tech into GWO and MCA approved centres, marine facilities, universities, and organisations requiring Advanced First Aid or Medical Care training.

This role offers genuine earning potential without a ceiling. If you are coachable, curious, and thrive on results, we will invest in your development and make you a core part of what we are building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development
    • Identify and target new clients in Health and Social Care organisations, including care homes, supported living, respite care, domiciliary care, NHS trusts, and community health teams.
    • Prospect and develop relationships with GWO and MCA approved centres, marine operators, universities for nurse training, and medical training facilities that require specialist trainers.
    • Build and manage a self-generated pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and sector events.
    • Conduct face-to-face meetings, site visits, and virtual calls to understand client training needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Sales Process & Client Management
    • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotes aligned with the client's specific requirements and budget.
    • Follow up consistently and professionally at every stage of the sales cycle, from first contact through to booking confirmation.
    • Maintain accurate records of all client activity, opportunities, and pipeline status.
    • Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a valued partner rather than a transactional vendor.
    • Work closely with our training delivery, tech development and operations team to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
    • Attend team briefings, coaching sessions, and training updates, bringing an open and coachable mindset to every interaction.
    • Share market intelligence, client feedback, and sector trends to help shape our proposition and growth strategy.
    • Represent our brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm in every client interaction.
