We provide practical care and support to families with children who have complex health needs, helping them remain safely at home. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Care Worker who can combine strong care delivery with mentoring, reliability, and a positive influence within the team.
Location: North West (community based with regional travel)
Hours: 37.5 hours
Holiday Entitlement: 28 days (including bank holidays)

The Role:
As a Senior Care Worker, you will deliver high-quality care to children with moderate to high needs while supporting the development of others within the team. You will be a consistent and reliable presence on shift, helping guide colleagues, maintain standards, and contribute to a positive and professional care environment.
You will:
- Deliver high-quality care in line with individual care plans
- Support children with complex health needs
- Communicate effectively with families and the wider care team
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Mentor and support Band 1 and Band 2 carers during shifts
- Lead by example in professionalism, communication, and care standards
- Assist with rota organisation and day-to-day coordination as delegated
- Escalate concerns and changes in condition appropriately
- Contribute to a supportive and positive team culture
