Hampton by Hilton, Plymouth, MA is looking for a new Team Member to help bring a friendly smile to every guest, every time! We are currently looking for an outgoing and self-motivated individual to join us as a Part-Time Front Desk Agent. We offer a warm and inviting work environment, where friendly and supportive co-workers come together. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a warm, welcoming and professional demeanor while interacting with all guests.
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensure proper payment is received, special requests are noted & fulfilled, and accurate information is recorded.
  • Answer the phone in a professional & helpful manner.
  • Follow procedures on posting charges and settling guest accounts.
  • Effectively address and resolve guest problems to increase guest satisfaction.
  • Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and Hotel policies.
  • Practice punctuality for scheduled shifts.

Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous hotel experience is a plus
