Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house
- Provide excellent customer service
- Follow housekeeping departmental standards
- Respond promptly to guest requests for items like cribs, extra towels, etc.
- Maintain inventory of supplies
- Report maintenance issues
- Adhere to departmental policies and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation
