What You’ll Do
- Supply Chain Management – Develop SOPs for procurement and distribution of contraceptive and non‑contraceptive commodities in Nigeria; design data systems to monitor operating efficiency and generate actionable insights.
- Human Resource Management – Execute evidence‑based recruitment and selection, onboarding and employee experience initiatives (benefits administration, policy implementation); manage performance appraisal and offboarding processes.
- UK Compliance Management – Stay updated on UK regulatory developments (employment, charity, immigration); project‑manage mandatory annual audit and ensure donor programme compliance.
- Business Process Improvement – Identify automation opportunities, map costs and benefits, spearhead rollouts; contribute to strategic plans and roadmaps with senior management.
- Event, Travel & Tech Logistics – Organise internal events, support travel needs and tech onboarding, troubleshoot and shepherd staff with tech issues.
