Teacher of Psychology

A fantastic opportunity to join the thriving Psychology department at the London Academy of Excellence Tottenham - the Sunday Times ‘State Sixth Form College of the Year 2020-21’. LAE Tottenham opened in September 2017 and has more than 800 students on roll as of September 2025. The successful applicant will have exceptional subject knowledge and work within the Psychology department to inspire aspirational and hard-working students, and support them to achieve outstanding outcomes. This role may be suitable for an ECT, or a teacher looking to build their A Level experience in Psychology and keen to work with engaged and academic students. Unqualified teachers with passion and subject expertise are also encouraged to apply.

Pay is in the range £30,010 - £62,500 FTE, dependent on experience, using the LAE Tottenham pay scale. This is a Full-Time position but Part-Time (on a 0.8 basis) will be considered. This role is a maternity cover offered on a fixed-term basis. Start date - start of Autumn Term 2026.
