Through a combination of academic tutoring, mentoring, and leadership development, R2E will work with children, parents, and schools to:

  • Foster confidence and a positive mindset
  • Cultivate leadership skills
  • Strengthen cultural identity and resilience
  • Build community and self-reliance

Key responsibilities will centre around programme administrative support, communications, event planning & support, finance & procurement, data & record management and wider administrative support.

The role is part-time (10 hours a week with the possibility of additional hours if needed). Saturday mornings in person will be a requirement and there will be opportunities for some remote working where appropriate.
