Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day deployment of two Learning Support Assistants.
- Key worker for a number of students, coordinating follow-ups for new referrals and gathering information from teaching staff, mental health lead, pastoral and safeguarding teams.
- Support the SENDCo with management of EHCPs.
- Coordinate access arrangements.
Pay is £33,135.66 actual salary. The role is offered on a permanent basis. 40 hours per week, term-time plus two weeks. Start date: start of Autumn Term 2026.
