Brighter Mansfield is a small charity working hard to improve lives in the Mansfield District and surrounding areas of Nottinghamshire. We are looking for enthusiastic board members to join our small group of existing trustees in a number of roles.
HR and People Lead
The HR and People Lead will act on behalf of board members to collate information, produce documents and policies, support the staff team, deal with HR and personnel issues, develop training plans and make Brighter Mansfield a great place to work and volunteer. This role is hybrid and will support the board of seven members as we grow our membership.
Requirements
- Background in managing and supporting people within any sector.
- Experience in HR, personnel and supporting people.
- Knowledge of charity legislation and day-to-day requirements of running a registered charity.
