We are seeking to appoint experienced Learning Support Assistants to provide a higher level of support across the curriculum so that learners secure swift progress. We are looking for exceptional colleagues who can meet the following criteria:
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment and on their own initiative
- A general understanding of the curriculum and of classroom roles and responsibilities
- A passion for ensuring that each and every learner flourishes and feels proud of their achievements
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Current holder of the Teaching Assistant Level 2 qualification or higher
- Several years’ experience in a previous school
- A willingness to take on the additional responsibilities associated with the TA3 position
- A willingness to work towards the Level 3 qualification
The application process: Interested colleagues should complete an application form and submit with a letter of application to outline how your experiences to date prepare you for this role. The 30 hours per week is based on a working pattern of 8.40am – 3.10pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday.
