Due to an internal promotion we would like to appoint a Finance Officer to join our friendly school business team.
Financial duties will include raising orders, paying invoices and bank reconciliation.
There is also the requirement for this postholder to provide admin and clerking duties for the governing board.
- A clear understanding of finance routines and office procedures
- A high level of verbal and written communication
- Good IT skills and experience of Google Workspace or cloud-based office systems
- Advanced numeracy skills and the use of spreadsheets
- Excellent admin and minute taking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- A friendly outgoing manner with the ability to communicate with people of all levels Grade E, SCP 11-17
