We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team. In school, we have a provision for learners who have been removed from all lessons for a fixed amount of time called Managed Remove (MR) as an alternative to suspension. The successful candidate will also supervise classes during the short-term absences of the teacher. This may be in a classroom or in the Study Hall. The Study Hall involves supervising multiple classes whilst they complete work online in the case of teacher absence. • high expectations and a commitment to help learners fulfil their potential
  • a strong classroom presence
  • the ability to establish fair, respectful and supportive relationships with learners
