We are seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to provide support for learners across the curriculum so that they secure swift progress. We are looking for an exceptional colleague with:
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment
- A general understanding of the curriculum and of classroom roles and responsibilities
- A passion for ensuring that each and every learner flourishes and feels proud of his/her individual achievements
- The ability to build and maintain successful relationships with learners, to treat them consistently with respect and consideration and demonstrate concern for their development as learners
- Strong inter-personal skills and emotional intelligence
- Previous experience in a similar role in a primary or secondary school
