Ladybird Children’s Nursery is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Manager with a genuine passion for high‑quality childcare and fresh, innovative ideas. Established in 2004, our nursery is well‑loved in the local community and known for its warm, nurturing environment and commitment to children’s development.

About Us

  • Highly regarded nursery with an excellent local reputation.
  • Purpose‑built building for children aged 9 months to 11 years.
  • Large private garden and access to a local park for extracurricular activities (for example, football).
  • Fully staffed with a long‑standing, permanent team – no agency cover used.
  • On‑site cook providing daily meals.
  • Holiday club, breakfast club, and after‑school care available.
  • Located just a 2‑minute walk from Scotswood Road with direct bus routes into Newcastle City Centre.

Working Hours

  • The nursery operates 51 weeks per year, Monday–Friday, 7:30–18:00.
  • Four‑day week (40 hours) with a fixed day off to suit nursery needs.
