Lady Margaret Hall is a constituent college of the University of Oxford and is located in peaceful, spacious gardens beside the University Parks. Our team of Porters are responsible for welcoming people to the College, providing advice, assistance and support to students, staff and visitors to the College. They ensure the safety and security of College members and buildings by remaining vigilant at all times, using CCTV and carrying out patrols.
We are appointing a Lodge Porter to work eight-hour shifts and the work pattern will be 5 in 7 days to include working weekends. The hours of work will be between 07:00 and 20:30.
