We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Recruitment & Compliance Coordinator to support our growing team. This role combines recruitment administration with compliance management, ensuring that candidates are efficiently onboarded and meet all regulatory, contractual, and school requirements before commencing work. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a smooth recruitment process, while maintaining high compliance standards across the organisation and have a comprehensive understanding of Keeping Children Safe in Education guidance and practice.
