Role Overview The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Selfridges retail concession. Working within a fast-paced luxury retail environment, you will ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience, strong commercial performance, and full compliance with both Ladurée standards and Selfridges policies and procedures. You will act as the Store Manager's deputy, supporting team performance, operational excellence, and maintaining the highest retail standards.
