The Role: This is a sales-driven Front of House role with a strong focus on macarons as our signature product, while also promoting our range of pastries, beverages, and luxury gifts. You will create a premium, personalised experience that drives both customer satisfaction and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Experience (Core Focus)
- Lead the sale of Ladurée's macaron collections, gift boxes, and seasonal ranges.
- Confidently guide customers across the full product offering, including pastries, chocolates, beverages, and gifting.
- Use product knowledge and storytelling to enhance the customer journey and increase spend.
- Upsell effectively (box sizes, product pairings, gifting options, add-ons).
- Deliver a personalised, luxury experience that encourages repeat business.
- Develop strong knowledge of all product categories, with macaron expertise as a priority.
- Share insights on flavours, ingredients, and brand heritage to engage customers.
- Represent Ladurée with a polished, professional, and brand-aligned approach.
- Maintain exceptional visual standards across macaron displays and retail areas.
- Ensure products are well-presented, fully stocked, and aligned with brand guidelines.
