Leisure Team Leader

We are looking for an inspiring and motivating Team Leader within our Ladram Leisure department.

If you have a positive and proactive approach to work, enjoy the challenges of leading a team of leisure staff whilst striving for excellent in creating memorable experiences to our guests, then we would love to hear from you. Ideally, you\’ll have previous experience as a Leisure Assistant, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a leisure environment.

A National Pool Lifeguard and Pool Plant Operator Qualification is essential or the ability to achieve these qualifications as training will be provided to the right candidate. A nationally recognised Fitness Instructing and/or Swimming Teaching qualification is desirable.

Ideally, you\’ll also have previous experience of creating, developing, and overseeing sporting and leisure activities for young people and their families.

We have 1 role available, with the potential of full-time and part hours, weekend work would be expected for at least one of the days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £13.30 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
