We are a 5-star holiday park, seeking the next superstar to join our team. This job is for a highly efficient person capable of multitasking.

Main Purpose of the Job

To oversee the effective running of the entire job process operation on a daily basis. Working closely with the Maintenance Manager, Housekeeping Manager and Reception.

Days of work

  • March - November: 8.30am - 5pm Daily with Sunday and Wednesday as days off
  • Mid November - end of Feb: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm

Key Duties during open season

  • To ensure every job reported from cleaners, guests, owners and team is logged on the system correctly
  • To manage the workload of the maintenance/housekeeping team in conjunction with the maintenance manager and housekeeping managers.
  • To ensure all jobs are physically completed and then marked off on the system
  • To ensure any holiday home out of service is managed and communicated effectively to get it back into service.
  • To ensure all rechargeable jobs are recharged correctly
  • To ensure owners are kept up to date with job progress
  • To co-ordinate the siting sheet on a weekly basis in conjunction with holiday home sales and maintenance manager
  • To offer additional chargeable services to the owners
  • To act as after sales support for the owners – dealing with any warranty issues
  • To order any parts for the park as required and to record the expenditure

Key Duties when closed

  • To manage the drain down process in conjunction with park operations manager including communication to owners.
  • To manage the Hirefleet winter works process including snagging jobs, refurbishing as required.
  • To manage the moves process of hire fleet holiday homes in conjunction with maintenance manager
  • To offer additional rechargeable services to the owners.

Health & Safety

  • Ensure daily, weekly and monthly Health & Safety checks are completed and filed as per Company procedure and signed for
  • Ensure all staff within your responsibility are aware of and understand their health & safety responsibilities and the Departments specific Health & Safety, fire safety procedures.

Other Duties

  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and present a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
  • To undertake relevant staff development and training as requested.
  • To be responsible for the health and safety of self and others.
  • You may be required to carry out such other reasonable duties as the Park may decide, without additional remuneration, should this be necessary to meet the needs of the business.
  • Management have the right to vary this job description following consultation with you.
