What We’re Looking For

  • A recognized childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
  • A strong understanding of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • A team player with a proactive and caring approach.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding, health.
