You will:
- Provide customer-oriented advice and sell our wide range of products, helping customers choose gifts.
- Actively engage with customers, identify their needs, and offer suitable solutions.
- Handle checkout processes and ensure accurate and correct cash management.
- Present our exquisite confectionery and chocolate assortment in an appealing and inviting way.
- Perform production-related tasks as well as restocking and maintaining the sales areas.
- Implement our high quality standards with dedication and care.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and freshness standards.
- Work hand in hand with your team and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
- Bring valuable professional experience in retail and have a passion for sales with a strong focus on closing deals.
- Enjoy direct contact with customers and aim to provide them with a special shopping experience.
- Quickly identify customer needs and provide tailored, friendly, and convincing advice.
- Have excellent communication skills and express yourself clearly and confidently.
- Speak German and English very well; French and other languages are a strong advantage.
- Consistently prioritise quality and customer focus, even in busy or high-pressure situations.
- Work in a responsible, reliable, and well-structured manner.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards.
