- You provide the highest level of customer service and engagement.
- You develop a thorough knowledge of products in store.
- You achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills; focusing on up-selling, UPT, ATV and productivity.
- You maintain merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
