Ladder, part of The Unseen Group, is seeking a Senior Associate for our Campaigns team to manage the later stages of a global graduate hiring process. You will run virtual case study interviews, oversee in-person and virtual assessment centres, and own logistics, delivery and scoring while working closely with the client to maintain quality.
In this role you’ll lead projects, collaborate with Project Leads, and supervise small teams of 1–4 Associates to deliver results at scale.
